New spot brings some old coues faces

Set up a new spot not far from an old spot and got these guys for the first time this season.  I had all three of these coues bucks last year, they all have progressed well in the last year.

A family friend shot this buck on his Iowa farm.  Congrats Brad! 

New Spot New buck

Set up a new spot and got this buck coming through.  He hung out for about 15 minutes but never gave me a good picture.  He looks like an awesome buck from what I can see.  Maybe the big coues buck everyone talks about in this area.

October mule deer hunt

I just got back from a couple Arizona mule deer hunts.  Unfortunately we came back without filling  the tag on the first but on the day 3 of my hunt it all came together.  122 yard free standing shot, dropped him in his tracks.  I had some great help getting him taken care of and getting him out.

2 weeks into the season

Well we are about 2 weeks into the season and nothing has hit the ground yet.  We have seen some game and either couldn't get a shot off or the animal zigged when we thought it would zag.  Unfortunately we can't be in every spot 24/7 so we are still getting some trail cam pics.  So here are some of the highlight pics taken since the season has opened.
